"The room, property and all amenities were clean and well organized. The managing host was friendly, organized and a very knowledgeable resource to guide us and help plan daily activities (thank-you so much!). All the staff were friendly. Having access to a shared outdoor kitchen was a surprise and extremely useful. Breakfast was made fresh and on-time, coordinated to details such as tour departures. This was an excellent stay and we would come again!"

This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "

"J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel."
