"We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "

"Absolutely incredible stay! The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds with nature and wildlife all around and easy access to the local beach and nature trails! We stayed out of busy season so the pools and facilities were very quiet. Rooms were spacious and well equipped and the staff went above and beyond. Food and drink was expensive so we ate in local restaurants. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back! A true 5 star experience!!"
