"It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. "The biodome itself was clean and very unique. The property (communal kitchen and pool area) was unkempt- the BBQ does not have an igniter and the pool was dirty and unusable. The walk to the beach was nice and everyone was always very helpful. Lots of wildlife! "

"We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "

"Camino Verde is, to me, a true no-hassle "Bed and Breakfast" place where it gives you a nice and clean place to sleep and have a neat breakfast which is made for order by some friendly staff. We are a family of five and the room we got has two clean beds plus a bunker bed, enough for us. The onsite kitchen is a nice surprise as it not only offers made-to-order breakfast but allows you to use it if you wish. The downtown is walkable from the premise with a variety of good restaurants. I highly recommend it. "
