Excellent Experience
The property was exactly as described. It was easy to find and the host was very attentive and quick to respond if we had a question. We enjoyed a beautiful weekend while in town for a family reunion. We would definitely stay here again!!

Family Reunion
Awesome house and the owner was easy to accommodate anything we may have needed. Well stocked with dishware, utensils and linen. Beds were comfy and clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for folks visiting the Punxsutawney area.

Family Christmas get together
The pictures of this rental does not do it justice, it is beautiful and very clean. The house was equipped with basically anything you would need. We did have wood delivered as we wanted to enjoy the family room fireplace, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. 5 adults 4 children and never once did it feel like we were on top of each other. The owner was very responsive on any questions we had and even with a small family hiccup he was caring and understanding. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a great home that is relaxing and very peaceful. 5 Stars across the board.

Family time
Perfect place for our family of 13 to get away together and relax. Thank you Josh for answering all our questions. It was nice having electric out by the pond. Mom and dad plugged in their oxygen machines, while dad fished. That was a great trip. Thanks again, Penny

Perfect Getaway
We needed a large house with room for 11 people. This had that and so much more! We enjoyed fishing, using the paddleboat, and playing frisbee in the huge yard. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well-stocked. Communication with the owner was super quick and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Fantastic property!

Peaceful Retreat at a Tranquil Estate!
Great long stay at this peaceful, expansive retreat in the Pennsylvania countryside close to Punxsutawney. Truly memorable time enjoyed this lovely tranquil estate! Josh is a wonderful host, responsive to all our needs - 5 stars all the way!

Large family friendly home
This is an unique home that was perfect for my large family to stay to together during a wedding instead of renting hotel rooms. The bride and bridesmaids got ready together in the home before the wedding. The host was helpful during our stay and ensured the fountains were on for bridal party photos. We had a great weekend!

Nice size home , decorated to match style , Plenty of room and enough bathrooms to make it easy
I would summarize by saying that we would stay again . It did seem who ever stayed last there did not clean after themselves as far as the kitchen utensils, glasses , and pans !!! Other than that it was a fine property ! Pretty setting ! Ease of access and use of appliances !

Awesome home
First and foremost Josh is amazing. He had a serious family emergency and still was extremely helpful. Second the house is just so cool. It has enough modern updates that complement a unique classic design. Third it’s as advertised and then some. Lots of beds to sleep on and extremely clean. Finally if you’re looking for a property that’s large, with lots of land, and out in the country this is the place.

Great place to celebrate Groundhogs Day
Great place and location. Awesome for large family with kids. Could use a couple of things for convenience, i.e. mixing bowl, hair dryer, scissors. That being stated had a terrific stay.

Exceeded all expectations!
Have rented countless properties around the world through this site and others. Have rented several in the Dubois/Punxy area and this is the best one yet! House is super comfortable, Everything we needed was there and al of our special requests were accommodated at no extra charge. Josh met us at the property when we arrived and was awesome. Super helpful and not intrusive in any way. Always available for questions and solved every request we had. If you are considering this property book it now. It’s a winner!

A perfect destination for any gatherings !!!
Our family reunion gathering at this location turned out to be amazing experience with great hospitality and amazing service. A great home in the middle of the nature but at the same time not too isolated. I would certainly recommend this to anyone for any kind of gathering.
