“We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley, it turned out to be the perfect choice to acclimatize to the high altitude. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were genuinely concerned about my altitude sickness (which wasn't that severe, but maybe I looked worse than I felt) and offered some remedies. Luis told us all about the area, a lot you wouldn't get from tourist guides, and also took us on a lovely hike up the mountain behind us. The food in the restaurant was great,……

“Minha estadia foi incrível. Sou brasileiro, e uma das coisas que mais me surpreendeu foi a qualidade da comida e o atendimento. Miqueas e seu irmão são pessoas extremamente atenciosas. O que mais me surpreendeu é que em relação a comida, tudo é fresco, tudo é muito saboroso, não deixa a desejar em nada. Não consigo expressar em palavras, parece até um pouco exagerado o que tô dizendo. Mas tudo é realmente surpreendente. O lugar dispensa comentários, uma natureza exuberante e uma vista……

“Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!……

“El hotel cumple con sus funciones, sin embargo es complicado el tema de la regadera, considero es un punto que pueden mejorar. El hotel no está alejado del centro pero está en una zona no tan cómoda de llegar, ni siquiera los autos tienen accedió tan fácil. El personal es muy atento y amable, sin embargo tuve que pagar dos veces la reservación porque a ellos "no se les reflejaba" siendo que ellos mismos confirmaron que tienen problemas con expedis y Booking y a pesar de que les mostré en mi……

“Escogimos un cuarto con vista que no existia. El cuaro muy frio y sin calefaccion. El agua caliente es por unos 3 minutos y cuando hablé sobre eso con la cuidadora insistió que siempre habia agua caliente. El desayuno extremamente basico y con pan viejo. El piso del cuarto chillaba cuando caminas. El baño se moja todo cuando te bañas y la puerta del baño es transparente que cuando estas durmiendo de noche y alguien va al baño ilumina el cuarto. No lo recomiendo. ”

“Firstly this is more of a hostel not a hotel. Wifi was awful, we needed wifi on asking an excuse of location was made for the tardy wifi. We were first put into a freezing room.We were finally moved to a less cold room which had a small double. Incurred a surprise additional 5% for paying by card!! They said they serve breakfast but it was tea, coffee, coco tea, and a banana and a flatbread. Light summer throw and blankets that were so heavy they would put weighted blankets to shame. Language……
