「This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. 「This was the cleanest, best-equipped vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Beatrix supplies tp, hand soap, paper towels, beach towels-everything! Renters only need to bring clothes, food and kitchen essentials. The unit is spacious with a lovely porch and yard where kids can play. And just a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was just right and the rates were very reasonable! We had an issue with the door lock day because the batteries ran out and Beatrix came right over. The only thing the unit...

I really appreciate that the fridge had a water dispenser and ice maker, and there was a Keurig coffeemaker.Some kind of shelving in the shower and hooks for towels would be good to consider, but otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable.」
