"The room was very comfortable, perfectly clean. Stuff at the desk during our very late check in after a concert was excellent, gave us a bunch of snacks after signing me up for Hilton rewards. We were very happy and surprised by the warm breakfast that was offered the next day and included in the nightly fee. I felt that the fee was incredibly reasonable. A third of what I would have had to pay to stay downtown near the venue. All in all it was an excellence day even though it was very short."

"The jetted tub switch was completely gone, outside light was hanging off the post, location was noisy. The staff took over 3 hours deciding how or if I was going to get refunded for the rest of my stay. I would not recommend this place. I’ve stayed at Super 8’s before and never had an issue so that’s why I decided to book this one"

"The breakfast is fresh with good variety and staff is friendly. Our room is spacious and accessible and they clean it every other day. However at times the noise in the hallway could be heard. Overall, I would stay again in this hotel plus the location is accessible to public transit. "

"It was my first time visiting Canada from Jamaica and the team help to make it a comfortable one.. I had issues connecting to Uber and they assisted me to upload Hobb App which is a less expensive service. I was appalled with the clothes basket, make up remover compared to all the other hotels that I have been to in the past this one exceeds them all. My only suggestion is a better breakfast menu. I will definitely visit again in the future.. It is located in the center of everywhere. Good job team members...👍"
