“We booked through VRBO, which I wouldn't recommend for this property (love VRBO and this property, but just not a great match). They seem to use other platforms more often. I attempted to communicate with the property manager when I didn't receive info about the way to check-in, without response. We arrived and sat outside until a woman who cleans the property noticed us and helped us get checked in.
