Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha

"My stay at Hyatt Oryx Doha was excellent from start to finish. The arrival experience was outstanding. The bellboys were very attentive and welcoming, and the security staff clearly explained the screening process and guided me through the check-in procedure. The receptionist was extremely professional and courteous, and she kindly checked for room upgrades based on availability, which was greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed a delicious hamburger at the restaurant. The quality was excellent, and the price was very fair for what was offered. The room itself was first-class. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with soft and high-quality linens that made for a very relaxing night’s sleep. The room was also very well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and value. Without a doubt, I would rate Hyatt Oryx Doha 5 out of 5 stars and would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel was great in my first visit over a year ago But now the amenities and tools and staff operation is the worst in comparison with raffles hotel in the same building! Maintinance is too bad, in room dining takes long time to reach"

"Our family of four had a great stay at this hotel. The views are spectacular, the location is excellent, and it has everything needed for a comfortable family vacation. Although the hotel was very busy during the holiday weekend and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at check-in, they remained friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to the pool staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive to the children, and committed to maintaining a safe environment. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options for everyone. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again."

"Terrible experience I booked the room with a dishwasher but they gave me the wrong room. My room had washer and dryer but they said “we don’t have laundry detergent, we are out of it.” I was traveling with a baby and it was the most inconvenient stay. Will never come back. I ordered food from their cafe and it took more than 40 mins. My room was never ready when I checked in I waited two hours after arriving even though it was past 3pm."

"Lovely stay at the Steigenberger hotel. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Shoutout to Fatrick in the restaurant always being respectful and polite. I came with my two children under the age of two and the amenities really shon through. There was a kids swing/ slide area and even a kids pool."

"The hotel was fantastic - from meet & greet with Momodu who was one of the nicest people you could meet to all staff in between. Check in staff / front of house staff could not do enough for us during our stay. Sanny in the Coral Restaurant was simply amazing making sure we had everything we needed. The whole restaurant staff were superb, along with those working outside on the poolside area. The hotel itself is as you’d expect for a 5 star - exemplary- our room was well appointed & the gym one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. We will definitely be back."
