“We had a lovely weekend at Honeysuckle Left. It was perfect for our Daffy weekend adventures. Walkable to town and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pictures are very accurate and the space is super cozy”

“We loved this house. Sure, it is rustic (as the title says), but we loved the vibe. The architecture, exposed wood, and white floors felt like a 60s surf bungalow. The house is interesting and there are some quirks, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. It was clean and well appointed where it mattered- the linens were clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the mattresses on the twin beds seemed new. It was walking distance to the little town, beach, playground, Sconset……

“My family of four plus a dog were very comfortable in this cottage. The cottage is beautiful and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is also well stocked. Location was great. We walked easily into town or rode bikes to various beaches. All in all this is a great rental property.”

“This cottage is beyond beautiful! With the high ceilings and abundance of windows, it had a feeling of airiness and comfort. Although I was traveling for business, I immediately felt at "home". Everything is immaculate, the patio area was beyond perfect! Would stay again in a heartbeat!”

“We met John, our gracious host, at the dock in Madaket. He took us to Tuckernuck by boat past and through the many natural wonders of the area. Our group had plans to surf cast every day and John made sure to point out some great spots as we approached. Once landed it was a short walk up to “The Decoy,” his family’s historic cottage. Getting on the island does involve getting your feet wet so bring some water shoes or sandals. Once there, John gave us a tour of the house and a brief history of……

“If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in a beach location, this is it! This home was immaculate and beautifully decorated . It was perfectly situated just a short walk to the beach. I haven’t slept this good in months, I wish I could have taken the mattress home with me. The description was all that and more! Thank you Frank for sharing your home with us. “Staff was super! Location could not be better. Guest rooms were clean, but very small! The common areas were very tired and unclean. The continental breakfast was insufficient...No fruit, lackluster, running out of items before the end of serving hours. If you can't make breakfast better, don't offer it. The whole place is a grand old lady who needs someone to really care about her!”

“The inn, although, not in town center, was newly remodeled, friendly and very customer service oriented. Franz at the front desk and Fisher at the bar were fabulous. There is a need for more lighting in the parking lot between buildings. It was a little scary walking by the trucks in the semi-darkness.”
