Villa with garden, completely renovated, inside a private village, in the countryside with Guardianìa h24 ,, ideal setting for families with children, very quiet, two swimming pools, tennis, soccer, children's play area.
The villa is located 13 km from the city of Cagliari and a few km from the most beautiful beaches of the south coast.

Very beautiful property consistent with the description 20 km from Cagliari. Completely fenced, which is ideal with a dog. Welcome with a bottle of chilled white wine and a platter of Sardinian cakes. Too bad the lack of wi-fi. A little surprisingly, the swimming pool filled with sea water without additives is emptied 3 times a week and is unavailable from 4 p.m during that maintenance. thatmaintenance. Parking not always easy.

The lady who liaises with you only speaks Italian, so we used Google translate without any problem! We hired a car and that was such a good idea for the holiday. There is not a beach at the bottom of the road but a jetty and the sea. The nearest beach was a 7 minute drive away. The pool was salt water not chlorine, which again, no problem! Its a very friendly little complex and the neighbours were so friendly. They all have dogs so there is often alot of background noise. Thank you for a lovely stay! Kate, Alec and the children.

Das Haus ist super,Perfekt für 4-5 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden,was es so im Haushalt braucht. Sehr sauber und entspricht den Bilder 1:1. Einzig der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und sieht nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern...haben ihn nicht genutzt. Strand vom Haus zu Fuss in 4-5 Minuten erreichbar,jedoch,für Sardinien,nicht so ein schöner. Aber für einen kurzen Sprung am Morgen oder Abend ins Meer perfekt. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich. Luisella, welche vor Ort ist für Check in/out, ist ein wahrer Goldschatz. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr guten,ruhigen Lage für diverse Ausflüge an die wunderschönen Strände im Süden Sardiniens. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. Hat uns sehr gefallen!

Das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten. Alles war sauber und gepflegt mit liebevollen Details. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten in der Nähe, mit dem Auto war man in 10 Minuten am Sandstrand. Herausragend war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, immer schnell und sehr freundlich. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!

Tout était parfait la maison, l'accueil la propreté. Nous avons été accueillis avec un plateaux de gâteaux typiques sardes et une bouteille de vin blanc fraiche. C'est l'accueil à l'italienne. Maurizio, le propriétaire, avec qui la communication a été impeccable, délègue la gestion de la maison au couple de gardiens présents dans la copropriété. Ces derniers, Louisella et son mari, sont adorables et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes très vite. D'ailleurs merci à eux :) Sejour top! Je recommande vivement.

Was a lovely place. Clean quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely and we really loved the baby pool for our son. The only thing it didn’t have was a kettle but we made do. Highly recommend this property. It’s got a small supermarket 10 mins walk away and the beech is a 10 min drive away. Brilliant !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Mr, Maurizio. La maison est très propre, et très fonctionnelle (fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, lave linge, cuisine équipée, serviettes de bain à disposition, lit bébé, chaise bébé, jolie jardin) elle est dans un petit lotissement avec un portail sécurisée avec gardien. Il y a deux piscines. Mr Giuseppe s occupe très bien de la propreté et de la maintenance. Si nous avions une question Mme Luisella et Mr Giuseppe étaient à disposition. Nous étions à proximité de toutes commodités (Cagliari, Pula, Villasimius..). Que du bonheur, magnifique. Location au top sans hésitation. Merci beaucoup à vous tous.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre maison, située dans un environnement calme, verdoyant et bien entretenu. Merci à luisella pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. A notre arrivée, une bouteille de vin blanc se trouvait au frais avec de l'eau, sans oublier le petit plateau de gâteaux Sardes pour accompagner le tout....un delice 😊... une maison dans laquelle on s y sent bien. Maurizio fait en sorte que tout se passe bien, même à distance. Très bon sejour.

Joli petite maisonette avec un grand espace extérieur, dans un petit "village" privé, très tranquille avec une grande piscine et une plus petite. Nous y avons passé deux semaines très agréables. Tout était comme nous l'attendions, rien à redire. A notre arrivée nous y avons même trouvé une bouteille de vin au frais, ainsi que des gateaux locaux pour découvrir quelqeus spécialités locales. Une petite touche qui amène son plus.

Nous avons loué la maison de Maurizio 2 semaines au mois de Juillet. La maison est parfaite pour une famille avec 2 enfants, maison très très propre et visiblement récemment rénovée , la literie est confortable , les 2 salles d’eau parfaites aussi modernes, la cuisine est bien équipée. Le jardin , la douche extérieure et le BBQ sont un gros plus. Il y a 2 piscines à l’eau de mer dans la résidence . Nos draps se douche ont été changés pour tout la famille à la fin de la première semaine . Nous avons été accueillis par MME Luisella la femme du gardin qui a vraiment été à notre disposition pendant tout le séjour. Un grand MERCI encore à Maurizio pour notre excellente communication avant et pendant notre séjour :). Je recommande vraiment cette location . Nous reviendrons en Sardaigne c’est sur ! À bientôt . Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Doppelhäuschen hat eine umfassend ausgestattete Küche, wo es sich super selbst kochen ließ. Der Garten mit Schaukel war für unsere Kinder super, auch der Grill ist klasse, nebst romantischer Sitzgelegenheit unterm Olivenbaum. Die Terasse vor dem Haus haben wir abends gerne genutzt. Die Dusche im OG ist für uns recht groß geratene Nordeuropäer etwas schmal gewesen, dafür gab es unglaublich bequeme Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer. Die Wohnanlage verfügte über einen Schwimmerpool und ein Kinderbecken mit Meerwasser, die wir gern genutzt haben. Beides ist optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen,wurde aber regelmäßig mit frischem Wasser befüllt. In der Nachbarschaft wohnen sehr viele Hunde und Katzen, die Haus und Hof bewachen. Maurizio hat stets freundlich und zeitnah in perfektem Englisch auf unsere Anliegen reagiert- das war super!

Nous avons passé 7 nuits du 8 au 15 octobre. L'accueil était soigné avec les premiers produits de nécessité et aussi des douceurs et une bouteille de vin. La maison est lumineuse, pratique avec ses 2 chambres à l'étage et dispose même d'un lave-linge! On a aussi apprécié les moustiquaires... Le jardin est très agréable, avec une table extérieure, un coin salon et un barbecue. La piscine était fonctionnelle, à l'eau de mer, un peu froide à cette saison comme attendu. Il y a aussi une pataugeoire pour les touts-petits et une belle vue sur la mer. Le tout est clôturé, protégé par un portail sécurisé. La région est magnifique et les excursions nombreuses. Maurizio's house is a pleasure to stay at. It is located in an older gated community close to the beach. The house itself is newly renovated and nicely decorated, the kitchen contains a gas oven and is well equipped. I cooked almost every day and I found anything I needed. The garden is nicely decorated and perfect at any time of the day to to relax and have breakfast/coffee/dinner. A barbecue is available. A very well equipped supermarket is located close to the house: try the wonderful selfmade salsicca on the barbecue - this is Sardegna at it's best. The bedrooms were spacious and are perfect for people who enjoy to sleep on a firm bed. As it was end of October/beginning of November, when we stayed we could have used a thicker cover. During day, however, it was perfect with a minimum 22 °C. Louisella is the very kind keeper of the community. She showed anything to us even though it was quite late when we arrived. Maurizio, thank you for the wine/water/Sardinian specialities! We would love to come back!
