“Coco Island was the perfect location for our Ninh Binh activities. Short bike ride to Mua Hang. Beautiful scooter ride to Bich Dong Pagoda. The villas even had a mascot who I low key named Coco. I loved this little kitty. Hung with us poolside. The rooms were clean with an incredible greenery view. The staff provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!”

“This homestay was run well by a lovely couple. For its price point, it’s excellent. My room had a massive California king bed and was separate from the other suites. The pool is pretty. Breakfast is served from 730-930 and though it was simple, it was very good. They season their eggs with some sort of secret salt which was really good! A couple minutes from the main intersection of the town, it’s far enough to have a bit of peace and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

“Delicious breakfast (omelets 😋) staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was large and cleaned very well. Would definitely recommend this place. Laundry, motorbike rental etc. Were easy and good. Free bicycles for customers. We left curtains closed, but cleaner was opened them, windos are wide and bit unhappy to show all of my stuff people who are walking by.”

“We had a great stay - the staff are amazing and the location is very cool. Great views and great food and a real experience. Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something a little different from a regular hotel experience!”

Les chambres sont très biens avec notamment une belle hauteur et une belle décoration ce qui donne beaucoup de charme ! L’établissement dispose de vélos pour se balader dans la ville ou aux alentours, une bonne partie des lieux et sites à visiter se font facilement à vélo !”

“The hotel is excellent. It's 1.8km from the town city and around 10km from Tam Coc. The town is very safe and well lit. We rented a bike and had no issues at all. There are a few convenience stores around, but you need to go into town for a decent coffee. The hotel manager is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast pho is superb. It is situated next to a field on a quiet road. It is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommended.”
