  • Welcome to Osprey 9, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. This centrally located townhouse boasts two downstairs bedrooms, both with shower ensuites. The master suite invites you to unwind in the plush queen-sized bed, offering rejuvenation after a day filled with adventure. The second bedroom, with its queen sofa bed and bunk, provides flexible sleeping options for guests. There is a separate laundry and powder room on this level.

    Upstairs, explore the full kitchen, fully equipped with top-tier appliances including a dishwasher, oven, hot plates, and a refrigerator, to whip up divine meals to enjoy with the family. The open plan living area offers a DVD Player and TV for your entertainment, ensuring nights in are just as enjoyable as days out.

    A step outside reveals the cosy courtyard, an ideal spot for lazy afternoon barbecues. If you prefer indoor comfort, there is split-system heating and cooling that guarantees a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. For your convenience, we provide a clothes dryer and washing machine along with ironing facilities.

    Osprey 9 comes with a lock-up garage, offering secure parking for one vehicle. The location lends itself to an array of activities. The nearby local attractions of the vibrant main street offer endless opportunities for sightseeing, shopping, and dining at popular eateries.

Cozy place in a great spot

Fantastic location, with easy access to town and beach. Stayed with 4 others and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and beach themed vibe of the accommodation. We found that a lot of the kitchenware to be visibly dirty, however other than that it was a great stay.

Very comfortable two-story house right off the main street. On site parking and garage, washer/drier, main bedroom and a bunk room downstairs; kitchen, dining room, rec room upstairs. Doesn't show on GPS well possibly because its a private road, but turned out easy to find.

Family Getaway

Lovely Home, well decorated and felt at Home, once the door opened all that was heard was ‘wow wow wow’ the house did not disappoint 9/10 great time away from the loudness of Melbourne. Beautiful opening view upstairs with catered games books and dvds for family. Just a few things The outside bin over the gate on the far right of the house weren’t able to locate till near end of stay. Optional: kids gate top of the stairs Stairs Quite steep. No wifi or service One small parking Overall it was a good stay, definitely look forward to the next stay

Clean, modern and spacious

Really enjoy the stay. This property is well maintained and clean. Especially enjoyed the first floor with open space living/dining area with a great view towards the sea. Would come back to stay again and recommand to friends.

Photos not accurate of property

I booked for 4 adults and the photos I saw were two double beds. One room had bunks with child mattresses which means we did not sleep well, sore backs. Noisy fan in downstairs loo and dirty fan covers in bathrooms. Apart from this it was a nice place to stay.

Long weekend in Queenscliff

The property was very well located within Queenscliff, close to shops, restaurants, bike trail, etc. The house is very well equipped and the newly renovated kitchen (not pictured) is beautiful. The property is actually better in real life, which was a nice surprise! As other mentioned, it would have been useful to know prior to booking (so explicitly stated in the description) that the keys must be picked up/returned at the agency, which is not located in Queenscliff. It's not far but if you plan on arriving late in the night, just something to keep in mind.

Great location

We enjoyed ourselves. So much, close to cafes and the pier for our fishing charter. Unfortunately I didn't organize rods and equipment for fishing from the pier. There wasn't anywhere to buy them. Also lack of a pub/bar to sit and relax in. Apart from that I would definitely recommend Queens Cliff. To anybody who wants a relaxing short tip from Melbourne. We absolutely found that a weekend away from Melbourne has released all the endorphins from Covid and hard work. My girlfriend wanted to stay for a week. I wanted to stay/live there for the rest of my days. Cheers Gus the gardener

Fantastic Location & set up

Lovely holiday property for a long weekend, great location and close to everything you need. If I were to fault anything it’s the key collection location but that’d be all.
