Enjoy modern yet homely furnishing throughout the cosy apartment that has a sofa and TV in the living room for winding down after an action-packed day. The living area leads out to a compact balcony with views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
Located so close to town- a five-minute lake sidewalk takes you to the hub of Queenstown tourism with shopping, cafés, dining, adventure tourism and more.

This apartment complex will be undergoing exterior upgrades from October 2025 to May 2026, and some disruption may occur during this time.

A luxuary Queenstown experience.

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. From the moment we walked into the penthouse, we knew it was going to be special. The penthouse was emaculate and located a small walk from town. We had the ability to walk into town for dinner, or sit in the hot-tub or infront of the fire relaxing. I would reccomend this for anyone and I for one, will most certainly be back!

Queenstown Long weekend

Amazing property and located in a great location, very central and a short walk to all city activities. Arrived Friday with an early check in ($30 fee) which was easily accommodated by the managers :) Friday afternoon the construction continued, scaffolding, machinery removing old tiles from the adjoining properties deck area. Saturday morning, scaffolding Company is back Assembling metal structure around the property this started very early and they require to walk all equipment past the bedroom windows... Sunday it appears there was someone next door in the adjoining apartment sanding the walls... Monday morning came around to a 7am wake up call to the scaffolding company at returning to assemble more of the structure growing outside the Main window... most noise I’m able to handle but the banging of hollow metal pipes is one not to be taken lightly haha... Other than the above great place.
