Great location. Steady value. Room had plenty of space for baggage etc. Good immediate facilities and parking. Real gem was the ferry to the heart of Queenstown which took out driving and parking concerns and lands you right on the main wharf for food, drink and shopping. Ferry trip was nice on its own. Traffic into town looked very busy so took out the stress.

I had a wonderful stay. I recevied a warm greeting and warm cookies on my arrival! The room was very nice with a good view of Lake Wakapitu. The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was great! The daily housekeeping was excellent with plenty of clean towels (in Switzerland I had to practially beg for more towels and even one washcloth). The TV was easy to navigate with loads of local and cable channels. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Queenstown.

They don't properly clean the rooms. The bathroom sink was only wiped down and the rest of the bathroom left untouched, mugs were left unwashed and placed back into the cabinet. They basically only fixed the bed and left the rest of the room everyday.
