Sun-filled on Wakatipu - Pet Friendly
This sun-drenched home is a warm and welcoming Queenstown escape. Located to capture picturesque views of the lake and surrounding mountains. A perfect outdoor flow with lots of private sun drenched spaces. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony or soak up the sun in the conservatory.
The main living area and master bedroom are all located on the one level with easy no stair access. Open the front door to a spacious living area and open plan kitchen dining. The master bedroom has lovely lake views and opens out onto a private balcony area, ideal for your morning coffee. The kitchen is well appointed with all new appliances and coffee machine.
The lower level comprises of two bedrooms and one bathroom and opens out onto a large garden area. A wood-burner fire and heatpumps throughout make sure you stay warm in the winter months. The home is well equipped with a laundry area and plenty of room for ski and snow boarding gear.
The home is pet friendly with a large backyard area, please enquire if you do have an additional “travel companion” and we can advise on rates. A true family friendly home away from home.

Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
