Beautiful residence "Les Jardins de Bretinio". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 250 m from the sea, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: lift. Parking. Shop, grocery 100 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "Auray" 28 km. Marina 400 m, golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Nearby attractions: Alignements de Carnac 20 km, Carnac Thalasso & Spa Resort 20 km, La Trinité-sur-Mer 29 km, Vannes 46 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Quiberon, 1 km.
2-room apartment 52 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor. Living/dining room with TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm). Electric heating. Balcony 5 m2. Sous le soleil breton

Une semaine très sympathique sous le soleil breton. Un appartement spacieux et lumineux très bien situé avec un balcon sous le soleil du matin au soir. Tres propre. Le salon meriterai un canapé plus confortable, mais nous reviendrons.
