Schönes Apartment in toller Lage!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Terasse mit den Liegestühlen lädt zum Faulenzen ein. Der Parkplatz ist Gold wert. Strand und Geschäfte oder Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Gegend.

Super séjour à QUIBERON

Nous sommes arrivées le 15 juin et reparties le 29 juin. La première semaine n'a pas été trés favorable pour la météo mais la deuxième parfaite. L'appartement est trés bien équipé. Il ne manque rien c'est parfait. Avec le mauvais temps, l'appartement était trés froid la première semaine et nous avons dû mettre un peu de chauffage (A ce propos, la chaudière est trés bruyante (nous l'entendions depuis l'appartement) et pas facile de comprendre le fonctionnement du thermostat mais nous avons fini par y arriver). En ce qui concerne, le linge de toilette, un drap de bain et une serviette par personne pour deux semaines, c'est un peu juste. Pour les lits, il serait judicieux de fournir de taies d'oreillers par lit. Mais l'appartement avec sa terrasse est trés agréable et situé au calme. Je recommande.

Emplacement idéal et propriétaire disponible et sympathique

Appartement proche de la plage et du centre-ville permettant de se déplacer à pieds. Tout l'équipement bébé ou jeune enfant à disposition, y compris jeux de plage. Malgré quelques galères indépendantes de la volonté de la propriétaire, celle-ci s'est montrée tres disponible et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ein schönes Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet; die Terrasse war groß und gut möbliert. 4 Liegen, 1 großer Tisch und 6 Stühle und 1 großer, rechteckiger Sonnenschirm. Da die äußere Wohnung, war die Terrasse seitlich von außen gut einzusehen; seltsamerweise hat uns das nicht gestört, da eigentlich nur nette Leute vorbeikamen. Strand/Promenade und Stadt sind fußgängig gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig; allerdings, Wohnung und Haus sind sehr hellhörig. Kleiner Wermutstropfen, obwohl Ende Mai/Anfang Juni war es morgens und abends noch recht kühl und etwas heizen war durchaus angezeigt, zumal die Wohnung nicht unterkellert und damit ziemlich fußkalt ist! Und dann, ausgerechnet Pfingstsamstag Abend, gab die Heizung/Warmwasser den Geist auf und konnte erst am folgenden Mittwoch repariert werden. Mit Hilfe eines Heizlüfters, eines Wasserkochers, einiger findiger Ideen und, last but not least, unserer lieben Vermieterin Anne-Laure, haben wir diese Tage gut überstanden. Und, alle die nach uns kommen, haben eine nagelneue Heiztherme. Der Abschied fiel uns sehr schwer, aber wer weiß, vielleicht nächstes Jahr ........! Eine Anmerkung sei mir noch gestattet, eine Mikrowelle, ein Badhocker und ein Haltegriff in der Dusche kämen noch auf unsere Wunschliste!

Emplacement parfait ! tout peut se faire à pied. La location est parfaite pr 4, les lits et la literie impeccable, et la terrasse extérieure un véritable plus. Nous avons même pu déjeuner dehors en février 👍🏻

Idéalement située pour découvrir Quiberon et ses environs. Appartement superbe et spacieux pour une grande famille. Tout peut se faire sans la voiture. La plage est à deux minutes le coeur de la ville à cinq. Parfait.

Strandnähe, aber Beschreibung vom Appartment nicht richtig

Wer die Strandnähe sucht, ist hier richtig. Leider ist die Beschreibung nicht richtig: Dusche und Waschmaschine in einem Raum, WC (120cm x 80cm) ist nichts für kräftig gebaute Menschen. Bett 4 und 5 sind ein Hochbett im Flur. TV nur französisches Programm. Schukosteckdosen (nur drei insgesamt) Mangelware. kein Internet.
