“This was a great getaway spot. We traveled for both work and pleasure. Easy to get to many downtown locations without the hassel of being downtown. Quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Gas fireplace and A/C so comfortable year round.”

“Overall the stay was great. I really enjoyed the binder that explained the history of the building. It was slightly frustrating when I was told last minute that my check-in time was delayed. Most everything was clean but the fan over the bed was very dusty. Other things that would have been nice were an ironing board and a hairdryer.”

“The living room and bedroom were quite spacious. The kitchen quite compact but workable. The location was perfect for us; within walking district to many of Ballard’s offerings such as Farmers Market, the Locks, National Nordic Museum and restaurants. Just some small inconveniences: lack of closet in bedroom and no instructions for tv and remotes. Overall it was a pleasant stay.”

We would recommend this condo! On a side note, the address is wrong on the site. It was about 15 minutes away from where we thought it was. Not a deal breaker, but if you’re staying here to go to Olympic National Park, plan on a slightly longer drive.”

“Although this place doesn't look like much, I found the accommodations to be exactly as expected. The property we stayed in was in good condition and was quite clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was sufficient enough for me to cook some of our meals while there. It is unfortunate though that only three of the cottages look to be in reasonable shape to rent out. It is right off a highway, but isn't too noisy and its location means you have an easy drive to Pt. Townsend or……
