“The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take……

“Beautiful Secluded Getaway with Amazing Ocean Views This property is a bit far from town, but it’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy some peace and privacy. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by jungle with breathtaking views of the ocean. The scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. “We only stayed one night in Puerto Vallarta before heading to Nuevo Vallarta. The Tropicana was nice, we booked a superior room withe pool view but to our surprise was also a partial ocean view. We did not use the pool since it was raining that evening. We look forward to staying there again for a longer stay in the future since we loved how close the hotel is to the ocean.”

The complimentary breakfast and rooftop pool were among the highlights of our trip. The property is so well-maintained and very tranquil. Perfect location for exploring the tourist areas of Vallarta by foot. We will be back!”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“The property is less than one year old, so all the modern amenities, plus new. The kitchen was equipped well enough and there is also a large grill outside. The pool is in a central courtyard, surrounded by a privacy wall. The owner was visiting during my stay and was very welcoming. The property is located on the edge of town, so a car, taxi, or Uber is the best way to get to central PV. But there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance. They are building a rooftop patio which……
