“Good price, clean, good stay”

“Disappointed pool was closed!”

“We had no hot water. I tried multiple time to reach the FD attendant. When she finially amswered the phone, I was hung up on. When I walked to the FD the attendant told me the influx of construction workers inhouse were all showering at the same time. Wait and try the water again later. No how.water the next morning. Breakfast was comped at 2for $11. On our second trip back up to the buffett the attendant refused to let us get a clean plate, raising his arms shouting at us that it was not an……

“Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floor in the room was covered in bobbie pins. Residue on the night stands. Wheel broken off on the desk which made it almost fall over. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been swept in years. Pool was a green color and so dirty you couldn’t see bottom. Trash on the bottom of the pool.”

“Door to room was warped, locking latch was sticking making it a chore to enter the room.”

“Luckily I only stayed for one night. I was tired of driving and it was close to the interstate. This was, honestly, the worst hotel that I had ever stayed. Dirty, dirty, dirty, staff barely present. I won't make that mistake again”

“Great cabin off the beaten path and convenient to both Oxford and Batesville. Plenty of room inside and out. Wonderful wrap around porch! Short drive to Pat’s Bluff recreation area on Sardis Lake. We had everything we needed. One item to note is the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow, so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. Would definitely stay here again!!!”

“Beautiful setting. Very convenient to Oxford. Good for families. Relaxing and great for quality time to unplug. Be attentive to beds and shower set up. Bunk treehouse is separate and best for children. Two queen beds are in loft, not separate bedroom. One fully private bedroom. One shower inside and one shower on lower level is very nice but you do need to go outside to get to it. ”

“The cabin had plenty of rooms and everything that we needed during our stay. We had parking for our boat. It was conveniently located by Sardis Lake. I would definitely recommend this cabin for your stay. ”

“Great stay. Everything as advertised. WiFi went out once dude to recent ice storm (not owners fault). Homeowner called me right away and got it fixed. Overall very pleased.”

“Not far from the lake or Rafters on the Water. The house was so cute but the view not so much. We enjoyed our stay and would come back”

“We had six guys in total traveling to the area for a guys' fishing trip. The house was located in the country and was well-suited for fishing on the various lakes. The house was clean and worked well for the group.”
