Luxury Romano house-apartment in Quito
Comfortable and luxurious apartment located in a strategic area of the city of Quito. A few blocks from the northern central bus and metro transport station that connects with all the key points for tourism and economic activities. It has a privileged view of the city, new real estate and lighting in all the spacious and comfortable spaces.
Duplex apartment, with 3 private bedrooms for 2 people each. It has a living room on the second floor for the bedrooms and on the first floor has a terrace with bbq, living room, dining room, study room, kitchen and laundry. It is completely renovated floors, walls, curtains, furniture, appliances; Everything is new.

Good location in a pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Wifi was the best in Quito! Nice patio too!
Friendly, communicative hostess. Easy entry with keys in lockbox. Nicely furnished with clean bedsheets and towels. Best wifi in Quito (we stayed in 3 different areas). Only suggestion is for host to provide purified water for international guests. We enjoyed our short stay and recommend to all tourists.
