「😡 I originally made a reservation & paid for 16 days. However, I left this hotel early because my doctor finished up some treatments early. The hotel manager said he would give me a hotel credit for the 8 days I left early. I liked that idea because my wife visits Quito a lot. However, the hotel manager LIED to me & my wife. The manager refused to give me any sort of documentation that stated we had a credit for 8 days at that hotel. Expedia even tried to contact them but that was of no use....

「Overall, it's a good hotel. The staff is excellent. It has a good restaurant with a very good breakfast, and it also serves lunch and dinner. The room has heating, which keeps it a bit too hot for my liking. The television connects to streaming services, and the internet signal is strong throughout the hotel. The hotel is very well located, just steps from La Carolina Park, Quito's largest park, and a few blocks from shopping centers. Unfortunately, an overpass right in front of the hotel...

「Everything was great except the noise at night. Even with all windows closed you can hear the music from parties all around the block. Especially on Sat-Sun! Horrible if you want a good night sleep. It’s a pitty bc it’s a very nice hotel.」
