“Room was clean and tidy. Overall good experience at the hotel. Staff was nice and courteous. The only thing I did not like was the lack of a free breakfast. Nonetheless, plan to stay again the next time I am in the area for business. ”

“Our check in was wonderful. Im not a hilton member so i signed up for free and we both got snacks and drinks. Also they offer happy hour from 5-7pm 2 drinks and appetizers. Got to our room and it was spotless and very cozy. They also offer toiletries by crabtree & Evelyn and We only stayed for one night and they offer breakfast. A perfect way to start your day. Very pleased and will stay again. ”

“There was one hand towel, no bath mat, no hair dryer and a spider in the shower. I’m staying at La Quinta Inn in Naples today and it is a major upgrade. I was really surprised at the quality of the room at Residence Inn.”
