“Service was worse than expected for a hotel of a calibre like Four Seasons. 1. Upon checking in and finishing dinner, we were told someone would show us to our rooms because the hotel was quite large. However, we were ignored and left to our own devices and had to find our way to the rooms. 2. For one of the rooms that we booked (out of 3), we were given a room that was clearly a downgrade from the two others and also a disability accessible room.

“Our stay at this beautifully renovated guest house was truly memorable. The Riad combines modern comfort with traditional charm, featuring brand-new furniture and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The hospitality here is second to none. Hassna was a delight—her warmth and dedication made us feel like family, and she was always ready to help with any request. We also appreciated that the management team stays in close contact with guests; they are clearly committed to excellence and are very open to……

“Bon emplacement, assez calme avec personnel chaleureux ”

“Bert nice staff Bathrooms need more attention”
