「Very pleasant and comfortable property in downtown Racine. Excellent restaurant and roof top bar and a comfortable lobby as well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. I've recommended it to all of my Wisconsin friends and family for when they have visitors in town.」

「The front desk tried to charge me an extra $100 deposit when I checked in even though I had booked months in advance. They didn't have a room ready and I was two hours late checking in as I arrived late. Many of the rooms were deemed not suitable for habitation by the city with visable signage. The room service was done only if asked. The hotel smelled like mildew everywhere. The shower puddled behind the toilet when used. The "kitchen" sink didn't work. Patty was the nicest and most helpful...

「The room was nice but the property was very unclean around the outside of the hotel. Garbage overflowing outside and garbage on the ground. The jets on the tub in room didn’t work properly and the bar was closed on a Saturday because someone failed to come in to tend bar. Don’t usually complain to much but I wasn’t thrilled with this hotel」
