Cu Viva, new apartment in Ragusa Ibla, with terrace and beautiful view of Ibla and the surrounding valley. It is located in a panoramic and characteristic historic district and offers comfortable and refined interiors. It is ideal for a romantic holiday.

The accommodation offers a furnished terrace with a splendid panoramic view of Ibla.
The interiors are well furnished and cared for and consist of a living area, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is ideally situated between Ragusa and the old Ragusa Ibla. The apartment was very wonderful and the pictures were accurate. The kitchen was fully equiped for cooking, but they would need to fix the first two drawers of utensils because they were often very difficult to open or close. The hosts were helpful and always available for questions. When we found miniscule ants on the counter they addressed the problem immediately. We were very pleased with out stay.We would go back.

Absolutely beautiful property, but dealing with this host was quite challenging at times.First, the property. Everything about this place was nicely done. It was recently renovated and they did a fine job, with the possible exception of the air conditioner sizing. The view from the ample balcony is fantastic, but it does overlook an open air restaurant a few meters away. Still, we enjoyed several hours out there. The bed was comfortable, and high-quality shutters darkened the room completely for extended morning sleep. The shower was well sized, with good pressure and heat. The church bell a few meters away only rang once during our stay, on Friday evening, but it certainly got our attention.As for communication with the host, here is a list of the problems we had.1. Deposit and balance payments are not taken automatically. This was a first for me and problems arose when VRBO didn't forward those messages to my personal email.2. Online form to be completed prior to arrival did not accept my USA address. After fighting it way too long, they agreed to do it in person.3. They want to communicate on WhatsApp because it is easier for them. I kept insisting VRBO.4. When we had an A/C problem, we went back and forth for 9 hours (while we were out touring) before they would send someone over. It mostly ruined our day, due to frustration.In the end, we worked through each of these items, but it was unnecessarily stressful and not what I'm looking for in a vacation rental

Spectacular Location and Views

We enjoyed this apartment located at the top of the (many!) steps descending to Ragusa Ibla from the edge of Ragusa Superiore. The kitchen was well equipped and there are two mini-splits for heating/cooling. Street parking can be a challenge at certain times of day, but there is a 'last resort' parking garage a couple of blocks away. The property managers are responsive and only a phone call or text away.
