Luca was an excellent host, from initial contact through to departure. Luca's tiramisu was a lovely treat and fresh fruit was provided from the garden. Property was clean and provided for everything we needed. Thoroughly recommend a stay at Irminio Garden if you are visiting the Ragusa area

Wir wollten unseren letzten Sommerurlaub hier verbringen, leider wurden aufgrund des Ätna Ausbruch´s unsere Flüge gestrichen. Es war Hauptsaison und wir hatten keine Möglichkeit einen bezahlbaren Flug zu buchen. Mehr als doppelt so teuer und auch nicht NON STOPP. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter war es angeblich nicht möglich uns einen Teil des Geldes zu erstatten, es wurde wohl schon "ausgegeben". Es wurde uns dann angeboten, an einem anderen Zeitpunkt außerhalb der Saison nochmal zu kommen, dass fande ich sehr nett. Mit 2 Schulpflichtigen Kindern muss das aber auch wieder organisiert werden. Deshalb habe ich dann nach 3 Monaten nochmal nachgefragt für einen Termin, den wir extra schon organisert hatten. Seitdem kommt keine Antwort mehr. Ich finde ein unmögliches Verhalten, der Vermieter hatte keine Kosten durch unsere Abwesenheit (kein Strom, Wasser und auch kein Frühstück). Auch seinen Vorschlag hat er nicht umgesetzt. Es scheint hier in erster Linie um das Geld zu gehen! Zu der Unterkunft kann ich nichts sagen, aber zu seinem Verhalten würde ich wenn es gehen würde 0 Sterne geben, in keinerlei Hinsicht zu empfehlen.
