"Pillows and AC/heating was excellent, staff was polite and courteous. Pool was out of service, and my room was never turned over during my 4 nights. "

"The hotel website said it had 24/7 shuttle service but it only runs from 7 to 9 PM. There wasn’t any hot water available so in order to make tea I had to use several trips to the microwave on another floor. Did appreciate the hand sanitizers at the elevator on the main floor. No towel bars in the bathroom for wet towels."

"The room itself was nice. Comfortable bed, nice tv. However...the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub/shower specifically. The tub walls have been painted and the paint was chipped everywhere. The plug to the drain was missing so no taking a bath (not that i would in the condition it was in) the bar soap holder was chipping paint so nowhere to put that. The door to the bathroom was chipping paint. Behind the door near the corner of the tub there was black im assuming mold growing. The lighting in the bathroom was so dark I couldn't do my make-up. "

"The guy at check-in was nice and he got me an iron and brought it to my room. I appreciated that but the property is not allowed anything and it’s a very expensive Uber ride to the airport. I thought I was saving money and actually probably ended up by costing me more. It’s about a 25 or $30 taxi ride or Uber ride to the airport each way you might as well just spend the money and get a nicer hotel closer to the airport that has a shuttle."

"Hotel was great but Expedia listing is very misleading. This property showed up as 3.8 miles from the airport when, in fact, it is over 10 miles by shuttle and takes 20-30 minutes. Driver was great"
