"My stay was great. I will stay here again.
PROS: My room was clean, the staff was amazingly pleasant, very courteous and helpful, parking was easily accessible, close to eateries, wonderful sites, and Amtrak. The shower water pressure was AMAZING. Breakfast was good, I wish there was bacon for my grits. The restaurant on the second floor was AMAZING.
CONS: My room and a few others were hot. My room temperature was a constant 76 degrees after the maintenance workers worked on it for quite sometime...it was much hotter before. The shower needs to have a sliding door to prevent the bathroom floor from flooding. I had to use the clean towels to soak up the water behind/infront of the toilet."
"Cute, clean and fun retro vibe. Dog friendly and it was easy to take my dog out since it’s only two stories. The staff was kind. Convenient to downtown. Highly recommend."
"ALL staff were amazing! Patrick and Trina at the front desk are wonderful. All staff at the breakfast area worked so hard : cooking, cleaning and tending to every guest, kindly! The home-made croissants were absolutely delicious! The best I’ve ever had ! The rooms were fresh & clean! The pillows (bed and linens) were perfectly dreamy! The parking was ample at self-park across the street ($25.00/day) and Valet parking was available too! Hold onto your elevator key- you’ll need it to get up to your floor/room. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant I’ve been to in the past, which is convenient and was nice! There was ample, comfortable seating in the lobby which is helpful if you’re traveling with a group. One night, someone was smoking in an elevator & around 12:30 am, guests evacuated which was rough on elderly & handicapped getting down stairwell/standing outside. However, hotel mgt./staff handled well by extending breakfast & accommodating late check-out, small room comp. or points offered. Classy.
There are casual restaurants just steps away (Bad Daddy’s Burgers) or fine dining (Perry’s Steakhouse) just a 10 minute drive from the property. Both are excellent ! We didn’t bring our swim suits but there was a nice little pool which we saw guests enjoying! We’ll be staying at Hyatt Seaboard Station again this month & will recommend to our family’s’ wedding guests who will be back to the area in October!
We highly recommend this Raleigh Hyatt to all! Enjoy your stay…..we did!"
