Shuttle service was amazing. Not only to and from airport but because we didn’t have a car and they drive you within 5 mile radius, we were able to go out for meals and enjoy ourselves. Hot tub had issues because someone had poured something in it, so couldn’t use for a little while, but they worked on that quickly. Elevators need a little more care with cleaning and some updates needed. But good

Clean, spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Had issues with the shower head which didn't work and maintenance was prompt and attentive. We were immediately moved to another room which was just as nice with a working shower! Miss Kelli was the best at Front Desk. She gave us good recommendations on where to eat and was sure to get us the shuttle there and back. Breakfast was delicious, especially those potatoes - Thanks, Miss Tina! We will definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel! The pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. The breakfast was great with so many options. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, the maids were great and offered us towels daily. 10/10, will return to this hotel again on our next Raleigh trip!
