Staff were extremely friendly. A few amenities such as the ice machine were not available and the breakfast are had a select few options. When we got into the room that we waited 15-20 mins for ( checked in at 6pm) the beds had yet to be made. It was about an hour until the rooms had to be made and then we did not have towels or wash clothes to shower and was told we had to come downstairs to get them ourselves. Overall would rate my experience 5/10.

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites in Raleigh, NC One minor inconvenience was the 2nd elevator was not in service for the weekeend. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The staff was very good.

We checked in and checked out in 15 min. It was a non refundable reservation and now Expedia will not refund. The accomodations and experience should negate their policy and we should be refunded. We were only there for 15 min and that time was spent in conversation about leaving.

Our GO-TO HOTEL!

We always enjoy our stay as this is our go to hotel when we come into Raleigh for dance competitions! The staff are always friendly, the rooms are always clean! Our dancers are always able to get a nice breakfast and us moms are able to get a nice hot cup of coffee in the mornings before heading out for long dance days!
