The room was clean but the bathroom flooded and the phone wouldnt work so i had to walk all the way back to the front desk. I had to move to a different room at midnight. The 2nd room had a white pill on the floor and the shower wouldn't work. So I had to walk back to the front desk and get moved again to a 3rd room. The 3rd room had no air or heat so the maintenance man moved me back to the 2nd room and fixed the shower but the white pill remained on the floor. I asked for some type of discount to make up for the issues but they denied me. I asked if they could comp my parking fees and they said No. I will NOT be returning to this hotel.

We celebrated my father's birthday here this past weekend. Everything from the food preparation to the staff was top notch, we were made to feel comfortable and well cared for. The event space was awesome, the bartender gracious and the staff's attention to detail is worth noting. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be back the next time we have the occasion to come to Durham(we traveled from Virginia some from Texas). Thank you again Mr Grant and staff!
