“I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.”

“Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!”

“Pros - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, overall clean, convenient location, nice bed linens, Cons - beds are painfully uncomfortable, sofa hard uncomfortable and only sits three, island is nice but has only two bar stools so only two people can eat at a time, the bath towels are horrible (small and worn), did not have dish soap, bath soap (was supplied after contacting host), yard is messy and unkept, and trash cans are overflowing. Overall the place has great potential and could actually go for more money……

“Three people from our organization stayed here while attending a week long conference at the Mariott at Crabtree. We saved so much money renting this wonderful home as compared to three hotel rooms, yet we were only 15 minutes away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed (and more).
