"The host Sarah is super sweet! My family loved the game room and all of the big screen TVs. We went for a Texas Tech game and this was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Lubbock. Quiet, easy to get to without going through a whole lot of traffic. Perfect get-away spot! Will definitely rent from Sarah again."

"The property is very spacious inside and out. Great room separation and accommodations are perfect as advertised. And wonderful to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The view of the lake is beautiful both day and night. The pool and spa areas are very comfortable.The property owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. There are a few areas inside the house with steps and different flooring levels. Also outside around the patio and pool area there are different level changes to be aware of. I only mention this in case anyone has members in their group that need extra assistance maneuvering up and down the level changes. We would recommend this property."
