"A well deserved break for the family after a stressful year... thoroughly enjoyed the house which was as beautiful as photos. Bubbles and cake were greatly appreciated on arrival. Sadly the weather wasn’t as good as could have been on this trip but it didn’t spoil the break. Had a couple minor hiccups while staying but were promptly dealt with by the caretaker. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again soon."

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."

"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. "Room was clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful, we couldn’t find the underground carpark, but sainsburys was close and no problem there. Really nice touch having a fridge in the room. The only thing missing for me was ice. It was available in the bar which was open til half 9, but we got back late after a show at pavilions, and I have a huge addition to ice cubes! I got through it so it’s okay, it’s just a personal thing, there’s always tea and coffee, but I’m yet to find a hotel to accommodate the need for ice late at night! Although we didn’t eat, the food smelled great as we passed by and having looked through the menu, very reasonably priced too. Thank you all for a very comfortable stay xx"
