「Greeted by very friendly receptionist. Room was clean and kitchenette had everything including small dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable. Located on a busy street but did not hear any traffic noise. Restaurant not open on weekend but not far to eateries. Very happy.」

「Lovely accommodation. Clean quiet and well maintained. I will recommend this property and stay again. It is a shame I hadn’t rebooked here on a return to Toowoomba a week later as this accommodation exceed where other competitor’s accommodation fell terribly short. Well done Laguna apartments. 」

「The room was in a disgusting state of cleanliness and the accommodation was significantly overpriced. Upon entering the room, it was clear the en-suite bathroom had not been cleaned adequately as there were empty shampoo and body wash bottles that were left from the previous occupants. I would not recommend this accommodation nor stay there again. Absolutely dreadful.」

「Not a good experience booking this property. The property manager didn’t respond to a single message leading up to the stay, so we had no information on the checkin or parking or other questions we had asked. We finally received an automated text message from the property half an hour before checkin time, but still no responses to any questions from the property manager. The apartment was also very dirty in parts, with lots of cobwebs inside showing that it was poorly cleaned. 」
