“Overall the stay was pleasant, the binder information about places close by was very useful. Although we were not use to some of the house rules we did our best out the owners respect. The home was cozy really nice great stay.”

“This was our second stay at this cottage. We have friends we visit in Sacramento. It is so peaceful! The lovely grounds and welcoming porch make it a perfect place to relax. The kitchen has everything, the sheets are great, wonderful views of the garden plus wild turkeys! Just lovely.”

“We visited Sunset Hills in April, and it was so beautiful. Quail were browsing outside the sliding glass door. The grass was bright green and trees were leafing out. So beautiful. Very close to Sutter Creek where the shopping is fun, and the food is fabulous. Next time I want to swim in that beautiful infinity pool and sit by the fire table in the evening. Thank you for a great stay!”

“This apartment was so adorable. Super clean and the furniture is practically new. You feel like you’re staying in a show room is how serene it is. The host was amazing at communicating and answering any inquiries I had. Shopping centers are super close for anything needed. The entry to the apartment is easy and very private/convenient. “This home was amazing. The house truly fits it’s name. The scenery is breathtaking with views of the lake and river. The location was perfect with short distances to near by hikes and water sources, but also just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was more stocked with cookware then most places we’ve stayed. The communication with the property management was quick and efficient. We stayed here for my daughters birthday and when we arrived……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We had a group of several adults, couples and singles, which the room layout accommodated very well. Three bathrooms was a real benefit. Having two master bed/bath combos was great. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The BBQ had propane. It was perfect for our needs. “Colleagues from all over the country met here in Sacramento and stayed at this lovely home. The outdoor space is beautiful and was a fantastic backdrop for work, food and conversation. Unfortunately, it rained during part of our stay, but the comfortable indoor space met all our needs for the weekend. The host was tremendously, responsive, and helpful. I would stay here again”
