「Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast is included and was nice. We had a hiccup and our room wasn't ready and staff didnt realize. They were super apologetic and everything worked out fine. Warning: this is 30 minutes from everywhere and although they advertise dinner is available it's not. I was told the web site wasn't updated. Wifi also wasn't updated. Its only available in a few rooms of the main building. An employee let me join his Hotspot so I could download a map to get home! ...

「no air conditioning, no shower. no toilet paper, no cabinet near sink to place tolietries, bath is shared with 4 other rooms, no wifi or phone service on the 12 mile treacherous access road, not one light at house if you arrive after dark, no one to show you where to get room key or where room is located . If you want to experience WV try Hawks Nest Lodge in Anstead WV by the new river gorge national park...a MUCH better experience for a lot less money」
