Good accommodation but very hard accessible

Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it.

Una experiencia lamentable. Hice una reserva de viernes a domingo, eligiendo expresamente la opción de pagar en el alojamiento. Sin embargo, el jueves (un día antes de la llegada) recibí un correo diciendo que habían intentado cobrar la estancia y que el pago había sido denegado. Les pregunté por qué si la reserva era con pago en el alojamiento, y me respondieron que solo podía pagar allí si llegaba antes de las 19:00h. Como íbamos a llegar más tarde, les indiqué que entonces podían cobrarlo a la tarjeta proporcionada, y me confirmaron que no habría ningún problema. El viernes comprobé que el pago seguía sin realizarse, así que envié otro correo informando que llegaríamos más tarde y preguntando cómo hacer el check-in. Nunca recibí respuesta. Al llegar, no había nadie en el alojamiento, no sabíamos cómo acceder y solo pudimos comunicarnos con un robot que no resolvió nada. Nadie atendía el teléfono. Finalmente tuvimos que buscar otro hotel por nuestra cuenta. Una gestión pésima, falta total de comunicación y de profesionalidad. Muy poca seriedad y cero interés por el cliente. No recomendaría este alojamiento a nadie.

Hermoso! Lastima la atención a los turistas!

La intención es que sea constructiva la crítica. Voy a quitar al Sr. Que está a cargo de la recepción, en definitiva no tiene nada que ver. Plena temporada, llegamos a las 8:30 hs. PM. Despues de viajar todo el día, ( como normalmente hacemos todos los que viajamos) recepción, cerrada, un buzon con las explicación de como ingresar a un loft ubicado en el quinto piso por escaleras, cargando todas las maletas, sin ningun cartel en donde se encontraba la recepción y como escribi antes cuando la encontré cerrada. Tuvo que ayudarme una persona responsable de otro condominio para saber como llegar al lugar. Cero señalización. Otro tema: cuando reservo por la plataforma de hoteles.com leí estacionamiento disponible. Entendí que no habia problema para estacionar, aparte de todo lo que conté cuando me pude comunicar con el responsable con un numero de tel. Que habia anotado ahí, la respuesta fue: que como llegue despues de hora no tenia asignado un estacionamiento y que tenia que ir a uno público ( de pago) a 150 mts. Y que al dia siguiente me desiganaria un lugar; la sorpresa fue que ahora el estacionamiento tiene un costo mas alto por día! Aclaren cuando hacemos la lectura rapida de lo que buscamos cuando reservamos y no tener que leer la latra chica que encima el costo era menor al menos de lo que me querian cobrar. En definitiva, estos lugares viven del dinero que dejamos los turistas, lamentablemente en vez de disfrutar, terminamos amargandonos con peleas para que nos respeten.

El apartamento que nos tocó era muy sencillo, muy mal insonorizado. La cama es de 135, el sofá cama incómodo y no había ningún armario en la habitación. El menaje de cocina era nuevo. Unos amigos reservaron un apartamento grande de 2 habitaciones y estaba bastante mejor. Tienen varios edificios, así que dependerá de que te toque.

Très bien, accueil chaleureux, appartement propre et calme, tout à disposition dans l'appartement. Attention : peu de choix pour se restaurer à pied autour du logement en été.

Godt alternativ til rimelig pris

Helt greit leilighetshotel hvis man kjører egen bil. Leiligheten hadde ikke vindu så for å få luft må utgangsdøren stå åpen. Styr unna hotellets garasje anlegget, hvis du ikke ønsker stress, det er trangt!! Kommunalt parkeringshus 150 unna som er billig, hvis man har skipass.

Le logement était conforme par contre nous avons été déçue de l accueil. Nous avons mal compris les indications reçue et avons rentre notre voiture ds le garage pr accéder à la réception via l ascenseur. La gardienne a au début dit qu'il fallait qu'on attende qune voiture sorte pr sortir aussi alors qu elle avait les clés puis a fait mine qu elle pouvait pas nous louer de parking alors que le parking était vide aux emplacements réservé pour le ona dorada. Vraiment pas agréable!

Viajabamos con una persona movilidad reducida, muy difícil acceso, tendrían avisar no se puede acceder en coche, hay escaleras para llegar a la recepción

Ensemble du séjour très correct

Accueil très sympa, problème de cafetière résolu dans la journée, bonne réactivité, canapé-lit peu confortable, il faudrait penser à graisser la porte de la salle de bain ainsi que celle du voisin du dessus !

Las fotos publicadas no se corresponden con el apartamento contratado. Había muchas escaleras, lo cual dificultaba el acceso con el equipaje al apartamento. El televisor no funcionaba. La ubicación con respecto a la estación de Grandvalira es muy buena. Por las noches se oía a los vecinos.

Great place to stay for a ski trip

Great location, 2 min drive from the ski resort or 15 min walk. Room/apartment was great, with terrace and beautiful views, wish I had stayed longer

Apartamento en muy buenas condiciones de limpieza y confort, con buenas vistas. Para repetir. El único inconveniente el dejar el coche aparcado en carretera y subir las maletas por cuestas.

Wrong information.

No problems with the property. The Hotels.com confirmation, however, was misleading. Your booking confirmation said that check in was from 7:00 pm and that check out was at 9:00 am. This was wrong. These times actually refer to the hours that reception is manned. Check in is actually from 2:00 pm andcheck out at 11:00 am. I have brought the error to the notice of the property management.
