「Good HI express」

「Breakfast was very basic. Do not expect anything like scrambled eggs or a sausage. Fruit consisted of very small over ripe Gala apples. I would definitely not plan my stay there because breakfast is included. The rooms were clean and everything else was fine!」

「Staff was more than helpful making sure all out needs were met.」

「The inside of the property is nice and all in working order. I received the checkin code late - after checkin time.」

「Green Cottage was everything we hoped for and more. So many nice touches throughout. Beautiful spot and so peaceful.」

Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I...
