We stayed for a week at this property. The host met us off the Hwy and led us to the property. The Host, Luciano and Domi were very welcoming, they had a Bottle of wine for us and goodies. The property was a small paradise! Beautifully decorated, clean and both Luciano and Domi made sure that our stay was perfect would highly recommend and go back again

Charmantes kleines Häuschen mit Pool

Wir haben uns gleich herzlich empfangen gefühlt, die nebenan wohnenden Besitzer kümmern sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste und bringen schon mal Eier der eigenen Hühner, eigenes Olivenöl, Gebäck u.ä. vorbei, auf Wunsch auch Wein aus nahegelegenen Gut (letzteres gegen Bezahlung) Dazu gibt es Tipps für gute Lokale uvm., eine Übersetzungsapp hilft, da alles auf Italienisch. Das Haus liegt ländlich am Dorfrand, sehr schön auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Rapolano Terme, auch der Sonnenuntergang lässt sich von der Terrasse genießen sowie nachts ein traumhafter Sternenhimmel. Die Schnellstraße unten ist zwar hörbar, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Der Pool ist ungeheizt und bis zu 2,20m tief, wir würden das Haus aber eh nur für 2 erwachsene Personen empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, von hier aus sind viele bekannte Ziele der Toskana gut als Tagesausflug erreichbar, wie Siena, Val d´Orcia, Arrezzo, Chianti, Florenz uvm. Im nahen Rapolano gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants, einen ordentlichen Supermarkt und eine wohlsortierte Apotheke, zwei große Thermalbäder und auch das Parken war immer unproblematisch.

Armaiolo

A lovely cottage, salt water pool in a great location for exploring or just chilling out. Great hosts who provided complimentary wine and food hamper along with occasional surprise treats! Thank you once again for your hospitality.
