I had a standard room which was clean and serviced daily if you want - it was dated but functional - had everything we needed. Had a hire car which was parked out front - no problems with it apart from trying to back out when you can't see. Didn't use the laundry. Inclusive breakfast was good but not flash and you could upgrade to a cooked one if you wished. Meals at night were great that we had - big portions. Pool was clean and maintenance around the pool and bar area was great. Little short of shade in the very hot sun though. It was a great stay and would recommend it.

The hotel is a older establishment but has been kept well. The staff are amazing and nothing was to much trouble. The pool is not huge but does the trick. There is a swim up pool bar, which has 2 happy hours per day. The ocean is on your door step, for snorkeling. There is no beach as such. If you want good value this is your place. Bonus no kids

We had a fantastic stay, we were here for 7 nights they catered to all our needs, even did a special happy honeymoon sign for us in our room. The van driver gave us great tips.

we paid extra for a pool side room but couldn’t see the pool from our room. we were told 1 week prior to check in the pool was supposed to be under maintenance for half of our trip but the pool was then not completed till 2 days after that. wish we were give the option to switch to the sister resort the edgewater as getting the van to go for a swim was very annoying.

The room was very dated and had a terrible chemical smell inside. There is a 1 inch difference between the floor in the bedroom and the bathroom. The blackout curtains did not close all the way so our room was very bright all night long. And to top it all off there was no water in the pool, quite disappointing. One redeeming quality, the staff was very friendly.

Clean rooms with good room service daily. Staff are friendly & helpful. Only let down will be resort is a little to quite & not enough activities. The breakfast isn't as great as its sister club Edgewater. More than anything I'd probably prefer to stay at Edgewater kid less as its more lively atmosphere.

The room was in good condition but quite average. Blanket was old, a few upgrades would really make it much nicer. Rooms are very close together. I kept the curtains closed. Parking is limited and best suited to smaller cars, definitely not vans. Continental breakfast was ok, but nothing eye catching. With tropical fruit how could you go wrong? A good quality yoghurt would be nice, the pool is lovely, the place is great, the staff are fantastic. The staff are warm and welcoming, and attentive.

STAFF were #1, absolutely excellent staff, so welcoming, friendly and hardworking, plenty of entertainment and great breaky. Pool and swim up bar were really awesome. All amenities especially the A/C was just spot on. We have stayed 4-5 times, but we have never seen so many intoxicated guests with food and vaping in the pool. I wouldn't stay in our same room again as it was a joining room and we could hear all the loud yelling from next door early hrs in the morning and the person was loud as all night and slept during the day so my husband had to go over 3 times to ask him to stop yelling. The room on the other side also came out at 1am and 3am and said they are to loud. That rooster had us all chasing it away at 4,45am, it made a funny conversation by the pool with other guests. We recommend to all friends to stay at club Raro as the staff and amenities are great and its adults only.
