This level also includes one bedroom with two beds measuring 80 cm by 190 cm in length, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and toilet.
The upper floor offers three additional bedrooms, each with its own unique layout and amenities. One bedroom has a sofa bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a shower, bidet, toilet, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. Another bedroom features a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm by 190 cm in length, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The third bedroom also boasts a double bed of the same size, a shower, bidet, toilet, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet on this level.
