The swimming pool heating is available as an extra service, and it is necessary to announce the requirement at least 7 days in advance. Hot tub heating is also available as an extra service. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor accommodates 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a flat screen satellite TV, and private access to a terrace. The first bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm by 200 cm and 1 French bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm, and is served by a private shower room with bidet and WC. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm and opens directly onto the terrace.
