「We checked in smoothly with a friendly reception team. The first night started on a rough note. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect for about 3.5 hours. The TV remote issue was addressed after 4.5 hours when the owner sent a replacement via courier, noting previous tenants may have taken it.
