Clean, perfect room for on person, easy code access into the hotel front door and the room too, pleasant staff in the morning, I didn’t eat but the breakfast setup looked good, easy access on foot or public transportation nearby.

The property was renovated, very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, had two windows and had fresh air, staff very friendly, Nina was an amazing host, very friendly and polite.

​Initial Impression: The self-check-in/out process was efficient, and the room initially presented as clean upon entry. ​ Missing Amenity: We were highly disappointed to find that the baby bed we required was not available or provided, which created an immediate and significant inconvenience for our family. ​Severe Hygiene Hazard: The most alarming issue was discovered in the morning when I found bedbugs in my pillow. This constitutes a severe health and hygiene hazard. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, and this room requires immediate professional fumigation and sanitation. ​Privacy Failure: Additionally, the room's curtain could not close the whole way, leaving a visible gap. This seriously compromised our privacy, as anyone outside could look directly into the room. ​Action Required: Room 34 must be immediately inspected and taken out of service to address the confirmed pest issue and the basic maintenance fault with the window covering. We expect a prompt response regarding how these dangerous and unprofessional failings will be corrected.

Unfortunately there's no parking space available! Only one very old and worn towel was in the room! One single duvet was on a king size bed! And the room was freezing cold! DISAPPOINTING!

Not great, started off great with early checkin but then on returning about 4.30 found that there were no towels in the room, no duvet covers or pillow cases , the safe was shut and unable to open and very few electrical outlets. Also no kettle in the room to make a cuppa after climbing stairs as there was no lift and i was on the 4th floor

I had booked a single room for two nights. During congress times the prices are insanely high, so I knew this was one of the cheapest options. Entrance is with a key code, fine but the device needs quite hard pressing so you make easy mistakes and need to start over. The door handle of the bathroom came off and also the electric lock on the inside was loose. Quite noisy in the hallway and the rooms next to yours. Parking around the hotel was difficult as this is quite a crowded area and a lot of cars. It is fine if your expectations are not that high. The people are friendly. But to be honest, that's it.

Das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Hotels spiegelt definitiv nicht das Innere wieder. Von außen ist es doch etwas älter, die Zimmer sind jedoch super modern und schön eingerichtet. Zimmer und. Da waren sehr sauber. Der Check in war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Insgesamt nett und gemütlich.

Gefiel mir: Nettes Dachzimmer, bequemes Bett. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Insgesamt gemütlich. Könnte noch verbessert werden: kein Nachtisch neben dem Bett; angekündigter Schreibtisch ohne Stuhl, nur Hocker; kein Sessel zum Ausruhen. Keypad für Zugang zum Zimmer war im dunkeln Eck, so dass man die Zahlen beim Eingeben fast gar nicht sehen konnte.
