We stayed for a couple of nights at this really nice property - the rooms was quite big, very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was served on the terrace offering a stunning view of the coast. The property staff was very friendly and welcoming. Free onsite parking was also a big plus. There’s a few flights of stairs to get to the rooms which wouldn’t make the property ideal for someone with accessibility needs - although I imagine many properties in Ravello have a similar challenge. We’d definitely recommend the residence to anyone staying in Ravello!

Nice property with a great view! Our room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the patio was much better than expected with quality food and juices and an unbelievable view. Ornella was friendly and helpful! The only negative was that there were no digital keys or keypads, so you had to carry around 3 metal keys - one for the entry gate, one for the villa entry and another for the room door. There was also a pool on property that is NOT part of the hotel and they charge 20 Euro/person/day to just sit with no food or beverages available.

Location incantevole, vista mozzafiato. Comodo parcheggio (non per auto grandi come ben specificato dalla struttura) in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Ravello. Camera spaziosa, pulita, confortevole, ben attrezzata, bagno molto grande e pulito. Colazione in terrazza impagabile. Accoglienza professionale e molto cortese, massima disponibilità. The room quality, view and service particularly the breakfast was exceptional. Ornella needs special mention for going extra miles. Only downside is you need a little bit of walk to get to transportation.

The property is in a beautiful spot overlooking the water and the town. The room was nice and clean, the staff was lovely and they attended to our needs. The only problem was construction going on with drilling that created some racket for us. But this was not the properties fault and it was during the off-season so I doubt it will affect summertime visits.

Um lugar muito especial para visitar

Um hotel com uma estrutura incrível; a começar pela vista para as cidades da Costa Amalfitana. O serviço é personalizado por todos os funcionários e em especial pela anfitriã que o tempo todo é prestativa, atenciosa. Orienta quando solicitada, criando um ambiente descontraído e amigável. Nosso café da manhã era personalizado, servido no terraço de frente ao mar. Os quartos são muito grandes com uma vista extraordinária. Uma grande cama muito confortável e um sofá. A decoração é praiana bem alegre. O banheiro grande com todos os cuidados necessários. Reservamos com antecedência um local para deixar o carro que alugamos dentro da propriedade. O centro da cidade está a alguns metros e pode ser acessado pela rua ou uma escadaria que tem uns 100 degraus. Quem estiver em forma não tem perigo algum. Maravilhoso!!!!! Voltaremos

Didn't get the room I paid for. Stayed 5 nights.I booked the Royal Quadruple Room sea view (green water room ) 323 Square feet . Ornella took us to the Luxury sea view (rose water )which is 269 Square feet . I knew it was wrong immediately. when I question her and showed her my paperwork she blamed Expedia. They had double booked the Royal Quadruple room apparently. No refund for the smaller room. Ornella refused to give us the larger room because the other people were checking in a few minutes after we did. I decided to let it go and just stay in the smaller room. The room was clean and the breakfast was average . I didn't like the fact that you had a set time for breakfast and it didn't start till 8am. Twice we had to leave earlier then 8am for a tour and airport. Ornella did offer to leave muffins and croissant in our room the night before which was nice. There is a lot of stairs to the main square. It takes 15 minutes it is tough and you might need to take a few minutes to rest. The room was noisy you can hear the other people banging luggage around in the next room and running the shower.There was 3 keys the old fashion type not the plastic credit card ones. one for the room one for the outer door that led to the 3 rooms and one for the gate. all where a pain to open. I probably got ripped off $300.00 plus euros Again,I didn't get what I paid for. The internet was terrible. Never again. Bait and switch Beware
