“The staff definitely needs training. When we checked in for the 3 rooms that we reserved for a 2 night stay, we requested a checkout time of 1:00, instead of their regular time of 11:00. We were told that our checkout time of 1:00 would be fine. The morning of checkout, I called the front desk to remind them of our late checkout time, and was told we had to be out of our rooms by 11:00. When I told the desk clerk that we had been promised the 1:00 time, the desk clerk said that the later……

“Right next to Walmart so best place to get gas and other supplies. Ask for the west side rooms. I was on the east side and the truck noise was load because the interchange of I-80 east and west is very close.”
