"From check in to checkout the staff were great. They all work together as a team and if a mistake is made everyone stand up and take full accountability. "Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so. Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves. The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling ..."
