「We loved everything the the cave hotel offered,this time we only had a one night stay and our last stay was quite a while ago but on returning we certainly where not disappointed it was special we had our evening meal with them and that was wonderful we couldn’t take breakfast much to our disappointment it our room was really clean and welcoming really quite special as was everything about the CaveCastle Hotel Well done to every member of staff」

「I booked this hotel at very short notice while preparing to travel from the northeast of Scotland to visit a seriously ill family member for what was expected to be a final visit. Unfortunately, on the morning of our planned departure for the 8-hour journey, we received the sad news that our family member had passed away, meaning the trip was no longer required. 「Place was thilthy not a triple room radiator hanging off the wall its house of multiple occupancy full of loud smack & crack head all shouting in the corrudor day & night cane back to mental health nusre banging like crazy said wanted the girl in our room who id atually seen & she said thats my room your in so then was worried about who had keys this place is nothing like advertised You shoukd not mix long term residents with issues with paying guests it was very frightening going out the room...

「Room is clean however there is no sound proofing so if you got to the age where this is an issue bear in mind you can hear next rooms bathroom fan & any phone conversations or toilet noises or conversations Luckily few in hotel on my stay Nor marking down for the above as out of their control I guess and I’m noise sensitive sadly wish I wasn’t 」
