「Yes, Janet was welcoming. She inquired after our check in and a couple of other times to see if we needed anything. The unit should be improved in these ways: 1. The HVAC should be separate from the house. Although a space heater was provided, it blew the circuit. Janet asked if we would reset the breaker at the outside panel. After that, we relied on heat from the rest of the house, but it was often too hot at night. I didn't feel comfortable sending the host a text whenever the temperature...

「The original cabin we were assigned had some power outlet problems in one bedroom, and the hostess immediately moved us to another cabin - with great apologies. The cabins were well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. But there was a funk about it that included dated decor and furniture, with plenty of reminders about Bigfoot. 」

「Great suite! Had everything we needed. Went up to stay for 3 nights as a snow trip to Lassen Volcanic NP with my wife and 2 daughters. Contactless check-in made gaining access to the room SUPER easy. Especially since we arrived pretty late at night. The property is beautiful, though truthfully we did not have time to take advantage of everything they had to offer. Perfect distance from the NP and not too far from Redding either. Definitely would recommend and will stay again in the future.」
